End-user licence agreement
Licensor: P Rana. Product: ProScoro, the desktop app and the browser version (the "Software").
1. Licence
You may install and use the Software on computers you own or control. The browser version is free for personal, non-commercial use; the downloadable app is provided with a paid licence. Commercial use (for example paid client work, monetised releases or studio work) needs a paid licence: the 1-Year Licence covers 12 months from purchase; the Lifetime Licence has no end date. A paid licence is a licence to use the Software; it does not promise future updates.
2. Restrictions
- Do not rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute the Software.
- Do not remove its notices or credits.
- Do not reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
- Do not use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
3. Your music
You own the music, MIDI, audio, stems and other output you make with the Software. We claim no ownership, royalties or credit. Bundled sounds are CC0, public domain or our own work; the Salamander-based pianos are CC-BY 3.0 and need the credit that ships with them. Sample libraries you load yourself keep their own licences.
4. AI
The Software does not generate music audio with AI models. Optional helpers suggest moods and ideas only. An optional AI Director in the desktop app uses your own API key with a provider you choose; that provider's terms apply to those requests.
5. Privacy
Your projects and videos stay on your computer or in your browser. See Privacy.
6. Refunds
Paid licences can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded where you live are not affected. Limits of liability: to be confirmed after legal review.
8. Termination
The licence ends if you breach it; you then stop using the Software. You keep the music you made.
9. Governing law
To be confirmed after legal review.
